PARKS & REC · YOUTH LEAGUES · CLUBS · TOURNAMENT OPERATORS
Run your whole season in one place.
Canvas Sports is the operating system for local sports organizations — programs, registration, teams, facilities, schedules, and game day. Every published score is approved by your office, and Film Room HQ turns the same games into coaching film.

THE PLATFORM
Everything your organization runs, in one system.
Programs & registration
Publish a league, camp, or clinic with fees, capacity, waivers, and your own registration questions. Families sign up on any phone.
Teams & rosters
Paid, eligible players land in your assignment queue. One tap puts them on a roster; the family sees it instantly.
Facilities & scheduling
Your parks, gyms, and fields with conflict checking — no more two games booked on Diamond 1.
Game day scoring
A volunteer scores on a phone with big buttons and offline protection. The clock, the score, and every event survive dead spots.
Official results
Nothing publishes until a director approves it. Corrections keep who, what, when, and why — and publish as Amended.
Family portal
One household login: every child, registration status, team assignment, schedule with locations, and payment history.
Soccer
Baseball
Softball
Basketball
Flag football
PickleballRegistration, rosters, schedules, and official finals work for every sport. Purpose-built live scorebooks are finished for soccer and baseball/softball; more arrive as pilot organizations need them.
STRAIGHT FROM THE WORKING APP
See the product, not a promise.
Every view below is captured from the live pilot — the fictional Hollowbrook league's sample data, clearly labeled.
ONE SEASON, END TO END
Follow one game all the way through.
A family registers
City of Hollowbrook Parks & Rec
On your branded portal, in your colors. Household accounts, guardian consent, fees and capacity — enrollment becomes a roster spot the moment it's paid and eligible.
A volunteer scores it
Each sport gets its own scorebook — big buttons, lineups where the sport needs them, offline-safe. Every result is reviewed and approved by your organization before the public sees it.
The coach teaches from it
“This is the run we drilled Tuesday — watch the first touch open the back line.”
The official game becomes private teaching film: walk the reel, draw the run, print the practice plan.
What's in Film Room HQ ↓HOW A SCORE BECOMES OFFICIAL
Results your community can trust.
A scorekeeper submits. A director approves. Only then does it publish — stamped with your organization's name, never ours. Corrections keep their full record and publish as Amended, because it's your league's word that counts.
The coaching workspace connected to your season.
Film Room HQ is the coaching add-on inside Canvas Sports — and because it shares the season's official games, the scorecard does the finding: every goal, shot, and out arrives as a card on your reel with a clip already trimmed. Review a game by walking the queue, not scrubbing a file.
▤The reel
Official moments arrive pre-trimmed. A progress bar you can actually finish.
⏸Pause & draw
Arrows, circles, freehand, and labels on the exact frame — plus one-keystroke cue notes.
🖨The practice plan
Flip a switch on a moment and it lands on a printable one-pager for Tuesday.
🔒Private by default
Coaching staff only. Families and the public never see film.
◎Official stays official
Coach analysis never edits the score — corrections go through your approval workflow.
✋Human-controlled
A coach's eyes and pen. No AI analysis promised or required.

WHERE CANVAS IS TODAY
In pilot, and honest about it.
- Working end to end: registration, rosters, scheduling, scoring, approvals, the family portal, and Film Room HQ.
- Payments: card payments run in Stripe test mode until your organization completes its own payment setup — demo and test transactions are always labeled, and no real money moves today.
- Samples are labeled: the Hollowbrook and Riverbend portals are fictional demonstration organizations and say so on every page.
- No invented proof: you'll find no testimonials or customer logos here until real organizations provide them.
