What Canvas Sports is

Canvas Sports provides software for local sports organizations: programs, registration, rosters, scheduling, game-day scoring, published results, and the Film Room HQ coaching workspace. Organizations run their operations on it; families use it to register and follow their teams. By creating an account or registering through an organization's portal, you agree to these terms.

The organization runs its league — Canvas runs the software

Each organization is responsible for its own programs: pricing, refund decisions, rosters, schedules, waivers, and the accuracy of what it publishes. Published results are approved by the organization, and every correction is recorded with who changed what and why. Canvas provides the tools and does not decide league matters. Registration payments are made to the organization through its own Stripe account; refund and dispute requests go to the organization.

Accounts and acceptable use

Keep your sign-in credentials to yourself and tell us if you believe an account is compromised. Don't attempt to access other organizations' or families' data, probe or disrupt the service, or upload content that is unlawful or that you don't have the right to share (including game film). We may suspend accounts or organizations that break these rules; suspension preserves the organization's data.

Pilot status, changes, and availability

Canvas Sports is in its pilot phase. It is offered as-is, without warranties, and while we work hard to keep it reliable we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change as the product matures; we won't remove an organization's data because a feature changes. Where pricing applies, it is agreed with the organization in writing before it is charged.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Williams Digital's liability arising out of the service is limited to the amounts the organization paid for it in the twelve months before the claim, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
